Welcome to AIS Northwest

We offer Comprehensive Stretching & Strengthening Solutions for individuals and groups in an educational format.  Our primary focus of instruction is based on a program of specific active and assisted exercises (Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening) to create and enhance overall flexibility and strength in the individual and for clients in a therapeutic, clinical or fitness setting.

Program formats offered:

  • Professional Continuing Education
  • Group Classes
  • Corporate Programs
  • Educational Public Service Events
  • Individual Private Sessions

Seminars

Our Seminars are attended by individuals and athletes as well as health and fitness professionals such as physicians, massage and physical therapists, chiropractors, and personal and athletic trainers.

What to expect:

Attendance is kept to a minimum to allow for individual attention from the instructor.  In large seminars, there will be qualified assistants to see that every student gets the hands-on guidance they need.

Course material is presented in a manner that takes into account the different ways we learn: intellectually, visually, verbally, and physically.  Each student receives a comprehensive manual relevant to the class they are attending with extensive, in-depth information about each exercise covered.

Ample time is given for hands-on practice and a thorough review of the material covered.  We provide a comfortable and accessible environment for learning that enables you to have the confidence you need to use this work in your practice immediately.
